Governance structure and quality management system

An audit organisation maintains its own website and discloses information about its activities on it, as listed and in the manner prescribed by the Russian Ministry of Finance (Part 5 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 307-FZ "On Auditing").

SA Audit LLC is managed by its sole executive body, General Director Elina Vladimirovna Zhilkina (ORNZ 22506099232), a certified auditor and the sole participant of the company holding 100% of its charter capital. There are no foreign citizens, stateless persons, foreign legal entities or international companies among the controlling persons. The company is not part of any audit network and has no branches.

The company has established and operates a system of quality management appropriate to the nature and scale of its activities, the requirements of auditing legislation and the standards ISQM 1 "Quality Management for Firms that Perform Audits or Reviews of Financial Statements, or Other Assurance or Related Services Engagements", ISQM 2 "Engagement Quality Reviews" and ISA 220 (Revised) "Quality Management for an Audit of Financial Statements".
