Membership of the self-regulatory organisation of auditors

In accordance with Federal Law No. 307-FZ "On Auditing" dated 30 December 2008, SA Audit LLC has been a member of the Sodruzhestvo self-regulatory organisation of auditors (SRO AAS) since 13 May 2015 and is entered in the SRO AAS register of auditors and audit organisations under principal registration number (ORNZ) 11506023371.

The company's auditors are members of SRO AAS, comply with the requirements of auditing legislation, auditing standards, the Code of Professional Ethics for Auditors and the Independence Rules for Auditors and Audit Organisations, and complete continuing professional development every year (Part 9 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 307-FZ).

The company's work is subject to external quality control by the self-regulatory organisation of auditors (Article 10.1 of Federal Law No. 307-FZ).
